Breakfast is served either indoors in the Stables, or outdoors in the courtyard, depending on the weather.

Each morning, Lee cycles a 10km round trip to buy fresh bread and croissants from the local boulangerie.

Our breakfasts are well-balanced, ensuring that your energy levels are at a maximum for the start of the day. We offer a selection of cereals, including muesli, fresh croissants and bread accompanied by home-made conserves from our own organically grown fruit, home-made pastries using seasonal fruit from our garden and a daily fruit basket which includes seasonal fruit from our garden and other locally sourced fruit. On occasion, we offer porridge as well as freshly laid free-range eggs.

To drink, we offer fruit juice, tea and coffee.
